The Kronos Quartet

I am going to take just a brief moment and diverge from telling you about the boys. Last night I was privileged to be able to see the Kronos Quartet in concert at the Orpheum Theatre. First of all, the Orpheum is amazing. It is a very beautiful theater, the architecture is classic and the decor is exquisite. But the music! Oh the music, it was breathtaking. I was mesmerized from the first notes. It was like listening to the twinkling of the stars in the sky, or the deepest blue in a cool dark pool, or like the softness of Finn's first smile or the joy of Milo's first giggle. Maybe all of that wrapped up into one. So thank you Carrie for taking me with you. I had an amazing time, and I loved every moment of it.
